Tilt deck equipment trailers allow an operator to safely load heavy equipment without having to deal with heavy ramps. The tilting bed allows the equipment to gently come to rest utilizing a hydraulic dampening cylinder. For tracked machines this is especially helpful in that the machine does not come crashing down on the deck of the trailer when loading, eliminating the unnecessary wear and tear on the truck and trailer.
